Alvin Tung
VP of Card Managment
Mr. Tung has 4 years experience in financial planning and analysis, profitability analysis, data mining and logistics management. While at TAC Financial, Mr. Tung developed and streamlined the reporting process for key performance indicators by 25% while conducting valuation analysis of future acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Tung oversees the Card Management department which includes funding, issuing and inventory management of all card programs.
Previously, while at Keel Advanced Technology Corp., Mr. Tung was a Product Representative and was responsible for increasing revenue by 8% by leading a team to acquire a new product line. Prior to Keel, Mr. Tung served in the Taiwanese Army as General Supply Corporal where he improved overall efficiency by 28% by creating a new inventory management procedure.
Mr. Tung earned his MBA from the University of California at San Diego and a BA in International Business from Soochow University (Taiwan). He enjoys playing basketball, billiards and swimming.

Bruce Livingston
Director of Operations
Mr. Livingston brings to TAC, 20+ years of business operations, organizational development and project management. He develops, implements procedural strategies and programs to improve operational efficiency across a wide spectrum of applications.
Mr. Livingston has spent the majority of his professional life working as a Director of Operations in the graphic design industry. In addition, he has designed proprietary software for use by a professional training organization. It has become their central hub for all trainer required resources, scheduling, invoicing, and expense reporting. Internally, the program coordinates all of the monthly billing, and also functions as a cloud based repository for all of the training documents and company records.
Mr. Livingston is a graduate of Communication Arts, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mr. Livingston has many hobbies and interests. Athletics has always been at the top of the list. Primarily tennis. He currently holds a USTA/NTRP level 5 ranking.

Steve Hong
Controller
Mr. Hong has an extensive background and nearly 20 years experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, and corporate banking for large public financial institutions. Mr. Hong has a proven track record in area of strategic planning and management, corporate finance, real estate investment & management and investment management.
Most recently, Mr. Hong was CFO for ATM-Health, Inc, responsible for fund raising and all financial reporting matters. Prior to working with ATM-Health, Mr. Hong, was a VP in the Office of the President for Mizuho Corporate Bank, USA (NYSE: MFG) in New York City responsible strategic planning and financial projections for the Bank. Mr. Hong’s experience as a Portfolio Manager have been with Northern Trust Bank (NASDAQ: NTRS) and JP Morgan Chase managing over $300MM for high-net worth individuals, pension plans and non-profit organizations. Prior to Northern Trust Bank, Mr. Hong worked for other public financial institutions including The Industrial Bank of Japan, Wells Fargo (WFC).
Mr. Hong earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Riverside.

Allison O’Neal
Client Relations Manager
Allison O’Neal has a proven track record of developing and managing client relationships. Ms. O’Neal has worked in Corporate Finance, Banking, and Investment Management and Advisory. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. O’Neal served as Vice President and Lead Business Development Officer for U.S. Bank. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she was a Vice President for J.P. Morgan Chase. Her eight-year career with J.P. Morgan/Chase also includes four years as a Corporate Banking Officer. During that time, she was consistently a top producer of new Client Relationships.
Additionally, Ms. O’Neal established and managed a strategic unit within the Bank that focused solely on the banking needs of High Technology companies. Prior to Joining the J.P. Morgan/Chase, she worked for a combined six years in the corporate finance departments of Texas Instruments and American Airlines.
Ms. O’Neal is an active volunteer in the La Jolla Community and enjoys running, skiing and the Arts.
