  Employer Login Cardholder Login
 How It Works

The Americas Visa® Payroll Card is a stored value card utilized by businesses to pay employee wages each payroll cycle.  Instead of issuing wages via paper checks, an employer can simply load an employee's wages on The Americas Visa Payroll Card each payday.  The Americas Card is not associated with a credit line or individual checking account, allowing employees to have immediate access to their payroll funds.

The Americas Visa Payroll Card is intended to be easily integrated into a standard payroll process. It is essentially another form of electronic payment, like Direct Deposit. When you implement The Americas Card, there is no change to internal payroll processing procedures.

Once an employee signs up for the program, the following will happen:

Step One:
Employee information will be collected and submitted to TAC Financial, Inc.

Step Two:
TAC Financial, Inc. will assign each employee with The Americas Card account number.

Step Three:
Employees will receive their The Americas Visa Payroll Card in the mail.

Step Four:
Employer will submit ACH/Direct Deposit form to their Payroll Processor.

Step Five:
Employee’s wages will be loaded onto The Americas Visa Payroll Card each pay period.

Employees will now have the ability to access their wages at millions of merchants worldwide displaying the Visa®, PLUS®, STAR®, and NYCE® marks.  This freedom will permit the employee to shop, spend, pay bills, and withdrawal funds at their leisure.

  • No Credit history required!
  • Better Than Cash! Access to millions of participating ATM and POS retail locations all over the world.
  • Branded with Visa®, PLUS®, STAR®, and NYCE® network access.
  • Wages are secured by cardholder’s PIN (Personal Identification Number).
  • Cards can be sent directly to employee or can be shipped in bulk (Patriot Act: Int'l Cards sent to U.S. employer and then sent).
  • Account activity and balance information available via Internet.
