Roy H. Eder, Chairman & CEO  

Mr. Eder has an extensive background and experience in managing both private and public companies.  His proven track record includes: starting and scaling businesses, strategic acquisition, fund raising, re-structures, and building scale within divisions of large enterprises. 

Recently, Mr. Eder was VP of World Wide Channels for Qualcomm, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM), responsible for $465m in revenues annually, overseeing 424 employees globally.  Prior to being recruited by Qualcomm, Mr. Eder was COO of Mobile Campus, Inc., a builder of wireless communities for the University Student on major University campuses throughout the U.S.  As SVP of @Road (NASDAQ: TRIM) an ASP in the wireless, telematics’ space, Mr. Eder and his team grew the company’s annualized run rate from $15 million to $45 million and increased vehicles under management from 24,000 to over 85,000.  As CEO and Founder of Eder Marketing Group, Inc, Mr. Eder successfully scaled his company to land on the INC 500 list of fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. 

Mr. Eder graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and Marketing and enjoys his family, surfing and racing.

 

William Ater

William Ater, VP Finance

Mr. Ater has a broad finance and accounting background derived from working in various accounting, strategic finance, and financial systems roles over the past twenty years. Responsibilities included financial systems processing and provisioning, developing business plans and launching businesses in the US and Europe, strategic acquisitions and alliances as well as negotiating multi-million dollar deals with customers and service providers.

Currently, Mr. Ater is the Strategic Finance Lead for Qualcomm, Inc’s (NASDAQ: QCOM) MediaFlo Technology division putting together business plans and commercial structures for launching MediaFlo services around the world. He recently was the Strategic Finance Lead for Qualcomm’s foray into the Mobile Commerce space and was part of the team that built the business plan and launched the new division. Leading up to his efforts on Mobile Commerce, Mr. Ater was the Director of Finance responsible for Qualcomm Enterprise Services strategic alliances, acquisitions and new business development efforts. Prior to his eleven years with Qualcomm, Inc., Mr. Ater was responsible for analyzing and reporting upon GTE’s (now Verizon Communications NYSE: VZ) $7 Billion in revenue generated from consumer services.

Mr. Ater has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance (with honors). He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and ripping on the drums.



J. Vizcaino

Jessica Vizcaino - Manager, Operations

Ms. Vizcaino brings to TAC 15 years of business operations, organizational development and overall fiscal management of small to medium sized organizations. Jessica's experience ranges from real estate development and finance to overall management of developing organizations with a strong financial focus. English is Jessica's second language, providing a significant benefit to TAC in building the appropriate cultural solution to our targeted Hispanic and Latino markets.

In Ms. Vizcaino's most recent endeavor and under her supervision, the organization realized a 131% overall valuation gain in 2 years, due to disciplined management in all aspects of the company.

Ms. Vizcaino enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, century road cycling, reading, and traveling. We are very fortunate to have Jessica on board.

Keith Saxe

Keith J. Saxe, Director of Sales

Mr. Saxe has 25 years of successful sales management experience. His diversified background includes both private and S & P 500 companies. He has held financial sales management positions at American Express and Shearson Lehman Brothers. This includes working directly with Sandy Weill, former Citicorp CEO on Wall Street. Mr. Saxe served as Director of Sales for 800 Birthstones and as Sales and IR Consultant to Amylin Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AMLN) during its growth from 350 to over 1,800 employees wordwide.

Mr. Saxe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from The Business School at The State University of New York at Albany. He enjoys coaching baseball and family beach outings.


David Derby

David A. Derby, Advisory Board

Mr. Derby is president and CEO of Three Point Partners, Inc., a consulting firm providing services to publicly traded companies, private business firms and not-for-profit organizations. From 2001 to 2007 Mr. Derby served as chairman of the board, chairman of the executive committee and a member of the audit committee of SYS Technologies (AMEX, SYS), an information technology company that provided products and services to government and commercial customers. He was a founder of Datron Systems Incorporated, a NASDAQ company that designed and built radio and satellite communications equipment for an international market, where he served as president and CEO from 1982 until 2001 and as chairman of the board from 1996 until 2001 when the company was sold.

From 1996 until 2006 Mr. Derby was a member of the board, a member of the compensation committee and chairman of the audit committee for AML Communications Inc., a publicly traded producer of low noise amplifiers for the telecommunications and custom military markets. He continues to serve as a consultant to AML and to serve as a member of the board of one of the company’s subsidiaries. From 1996 until the present Mr. Derby has been a member of the board and is currently president of the board of The Fellowship Center, a 120 bed residential recovery center serving men in San Diego County addicted to alcohol and other drugs. Mr. Derby is a past member of the board of The Corporate Directors Forum and a current member of The Chairmen’s Roundtable.

In his leadership capacities Mr. Derby has gained experience and expertise in international finance, marketing and sales; public offerings and private placements; acquisitions and divestitures of public and private entities and regulatory and practical issues relating to corporate governance and international trade.

For the past fifteen years Mr. Derby, who holds a commercial pilots license and is a certified flight instructor, has served as a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight West, a service organization that provides free air travel to patients from remote locations or to patients with special financial needs. He also belongs to Veterans Airlift Command, another organization of volunteer pilots that provides free air travel to wounded veterans and their families.

Mr. Derby served in the US Navy from 1959 to 1962; he presently divides his time between a home in La Jolla and a loft over his hangar at Gillespie Field in El Cajon.

 

Greg Rothnem

Greg Rothnem, Advisory Board

With over 30 years of experience in a variety of roles and industries, Mr. Rothnem currently provides business advisory services to private enterprises throughout the United States. From 1997 until 2008, Mr. Rothnem was with Qualcomm Enterprises Services, a division of Qualcomm Incorporated. At Qualcomm, Mr. Rothnem held roles as senior legal counsel and vice president-strategic business development before leading strategic alliances at QES. As vice president– strategic alliances, Mr. Rothnem was responsible for establishing the division’s alliance and M&A programs. These programs facilitated the division’s key global business initiatives in various domestic and international markets.

From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Rothnem was a principal in Pacwest Resources, Inc., a firm that provided commercial real estate advisory and asset management services to a variety of institutional clients throughout the United States. He started his career as a founding partner of a Minnesota based law firm and subsequently served as corporate counsel for First Financial Equities, a subsidiary of Imperial Corporation of America engaged in real estate investment, development and asset management services.

Originally from Minnesota, Mr. Rothnem holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management as well as a Juris Doctorate degree. He enjoys spending time with his wife and grown daughters as well as traveling, hiking and snow skiing.

 

Alan Nichols

Alan H. Nichols, Jr., Advisory Board

Alan Nichols has over 25 years of experience in private equity, corporate operations and investment banking. Most recently he was an Operating Partner at Golden Gate Capital, a $9 Billion middle market investment firm.

Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Nichols held senior management roles in two highly successful business turnaround situations. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Nichols was EVP and CFO of Chronicle Publishing, a diversified media company engaged in television, publishing and various Internet businesses. Mr. Nichols implemented an extensive financial, operational and strategic repositioning that resulted in significant improvement in shareholder value. He founded the New Media Division, which consisted of 11 Internet properties, as well as, SF Gate, one of the most successful local information portals in the U.S.

Prior to his time at Chronicle Publishing, Mr. Nichols was EVP and CFO of BET, a cable programming service. Mr. Nichols was responsible for the finance and operations functions of the Company and then worked with the Founder and CEO to grow the business organically and through acquisitions. BET was later taken private and then sold to Viacom for $3 billion. Mr. Nichols previously served as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers and CSFB.

Mr. Nichols earned his BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, enjoys traveling with his 3 boys and is a top century bicycle racer. Here he is leading Lance Armstrong...

 

Heitzler

Joseph Heitzler, Advisory Board

Joseph Heitzler has more than 35 years experience in television and marketing, event management, and sponsor acquisition. Mr. Heitzler is the current Co-Founder of The Vintage Racing League, the world’s largest online community for vintage car enthusiasts. Former experiences in the auto-racing industry include positions of President/CEO of Championship Auto Racing Teams; Chairman/CEO of ChampCar, Inc. (NYSE,MPH) managing 22 live races annually in eight countries; and Chairman & CEO Grand, Inc. promoting and operating two Mexican race track facilities including two annual Champ Car events and a NASCAR event.

Mr. Heitzler boasts tremendous achievements in the sports and entertainment industries including 14 years as Chairman, CEO and Owner of VTE Mobile Television Productions. VTE provided mobile production facilities for ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX as well as over 26 regional sports cable channels and was sold after revenues grew to more than $138 million. Mr. Heitzler is Founder and President of Entertainment Management Group (EMG), a multinational corporation specializing in large event management for sports and entertainment; and he was former President/COO of National Mobile Television Productions, a provider of mobile broadcasting facilities to more than 8,500 live sports and entertainment events including Auto racing, NFL, NBA, NHL and Major League Baseball.

Mr. Heitzler is founder and Chairman of National Business Bank of Torrance (Placier Sierra Bank Holding Company) which is a traded on NYSE. Mr. Heitzler serves on the audit, loan and compensation committees.

 

Srinivas Raghavan

Srinivas Raghavan, PhD, MBA, Advisory Board

Dr. Raghavan is a User Experience Strategy & Design Consultant bringing key insights to develop unique and compelling experiences for consumers and organizations.

Over his 11 years with Qualcomm, Srinivas has worked across divisions including GlobalStar (Satellite phones), Wingcast (Telematics JV with Ford) and QES (Qualcomm Enterprise Services). Over the last 6 years with QES, he built a core competency and department called Designing the User Experience (DUX). Srinivas built a cross functional, multi disciplinary, and geographically distributed team of experienced professionals who worked on discovering user problems, designing extraordinary user experiences, and realizing the obtained value through delivery of advanced products and services.

Srinivas brings more than 20 years of experience in understanding human behavior and its relationship to designing technological solutions to user problems. He has worked extensively in the telecommunications industry, including positions at AT&T, Lucent, Cap Gemini, and Qualcomm. He has received patents and authored publications on Human Factors and User Centered Design.

Srinivas is a member of ACM SIGCHI, UPA, and HFES where he recently served as the Program Chair for the Surface Transportation Technical Group at the 51st annual conference. He received his Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in Human Computer Interaction from the Ohio State University and his MBA from the Rady School of Management at University of California, San Diego.

Srinivas enjoys traveling, quiet moments of introspection, moonlight strolls on the beach and has been known to melt hearts with his soulful folk music & classical guitar.

 

Lee R. Comer

Lee R. Comer, Advisory Board

Ms. Comer has over 15 years of experience teaching, training and business operational development. For the past 9 years, Lee has built her company, Trainers, Inc., into the leading provider of participant-centered training programs in the State of California, receiving the Chiefs Award for LA County.

Originally positioned in the probation market, Trainers, Inc. has expanded into county agencies throughout California, largely by word of mouth; a testament to the quality and effectiveness of Trainers, Inc. The key to the Company’s success is its simple philosophy: offer the best possible product with world-class service and add measurable value to an organization’s bottom line.

Prior to Trainers, Inc, Ms Comer was a top trainer in her field, writing curriculum and executing on participant-centered training programs. Before becoming a trainer, Ms. Comer taught English Literature to High School Students in Southern California. Ms. Comer started her business career as a writer and marketing associate in what is now the Wild Oats Markets chain.

Ms. Comer earned her teaching credential at National University in 1996 and her BA at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1989. She enjoys surfing, swimming, world travel, reading and spending time with her family and dog, Bella.

Rhett

Rhett McNulty, Director 

Mr. McNulty brings a host of skills and valuable experience to Team TAC, including Start-Up, Team Building and Organizational Development, Product/Service Innovation, Growth Enterprise Lifecycle and Day-To-Day Operations’ Management.

Today, Rhett is COO and Co-founder of Shopit.com. This category killing, ecommerce company facilitates individuals and brands to monetize their ‘friend’ networks within sites like Facebook and My Space, as examples. He found early success as one of the founding employees and investors at Shopping.com, acquired in 1999 by Compaq for $220 Million in an all cash transaction. He later co-founded the online retailer TheBigStore.com where he acted as Director of Merchandising and Product Development. In addition, Mr. McNulty was employed at E-Trade Mortgage and Financial Services Company with a background in residential real estate mortgages.

As President of Linlithgow Holdings, LLC, Mr. McNulty actively participates in private equity investments and emerging growth companies. Investments include Financial Services, Energy, iPhone Application Development, Direct Response/Product Marketing, Customer Acquisition, eCommerce and Online Advertising.

Mr. McNulty holds a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from the University of Miami. He has spent time studying English at Cambridge University, U.K. and attended the University of Griffith, Australia studying International Business working towards his MBA. Rhett’s passions are adventure travel, reading deep, introspective novels and the never-ending pursuit of higher education.

Mr. McNulty is currently Vice President of Operations and Marketing of Internet Company, i-SUPPLY. This groundbreaking, web development enterprise provides end-to-end web site and online branding for small to medium sized companies. The scalable technology and web platform allows companies to have a branded web presence in a fraction of the time and dollars that it normally takes to implement. Mr. McNulty joined

i-SUPPLY (www.i-SUPPLY.com) to provide leadership in the sales and marketing areas.

Previously, Mr. McNulty served as Director of Business Development for BOOMj.com (www.beyondcommerce.com), creating and managing strategic business partnerships, resulting in stratospheric growth in product availability to BOOMj’s, online customers. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Director of Operations for Dragon, LLC, contributing to his consumer and retail business experience.

Mr. McNulty is an active philanthropist. Most recently, he is involved in Global Leadership Connection, a non-profit organized for the purpose of furthering global education and leadership for today’s youth.

Clark graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds a B.A. degree. He is a championship water sportsman, including California’s Outrigger State Champion. These days you will most likely find Clark “shredding” waves off PV.

 



Daniel Lindberg

Daniel Lindberg

Daniel Lindberg is the President of Arthur Lindberg Group, a financial and business performance consulting firm. Mr. Lindberg has expertise in business optimization, turnaround, scaling for growth and culture change process.

For the previous 22 years he was with Navistar Inc. (NYSE:NAV), the largest manufacturer and distributor of commercial trucks in the world. Mr. Lindberg retired from Navistar as the Vice President and General Manager of Navistar, Electronics. Prior to that, Mr. Lindberg was the Vice President of Finance at Navistar Corporate. He has been in various senior financial and operating roles in truck, bus, engine and foundry operations, including global service parts distribution.

Mr. Lindberg has served as a Board member of several companies and currently serves on the National Board of Representatives-Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and is a trustee for the Illinois Chapter -LLS.

He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois-UIC.

Dan enjoys time with his family and angling for fish with large teeth in competitive walleye tournaments.
